A big congratulations goes to Rose Court care home in Ballymena, Magherafelt Manor care home in Magherafelt, Weavers House care home in Cookstown and Meadow View care home in Enniskillen. Congratulations to the professional, caring and hardworking team who work together like family all for the benefit of their residents.
